Who can access the OHEMR platform?
Access is restricted to authorised clinical staff only. Contact your department administrator to request an account and get started.
Is patient data stored securely on the platform?
Yes. All patient records are encrypted and stored securely in the cloud, accessible only to authorised staff within your department.
Can I access the platform from outside the hospital?
Yes, the platform is fully web-based and accessible from any device with an internet connection using your staff credentials.
What clinical sections does the navigation sheet cover?
The form covers nine sections: demographics, referral, diagnosis, clinical summary, imaging, treatment plan, lab investigations, treatment record, and follow-up.
Can I edit a patient record after it has been submitted?
Yes. All submitted records can be retrieved, reviewed, and updated at any time from the patient records section of the dashboard.
How many laboratory markers can be tracked per patient?
The platform supports up to 35 laboratory markers per investigation entry, covering haematology, biochemistry, liver function, and tumour markers.
What happens if I lose my password?
Contact your system administrator to have your password reset. Administrators can manage all staff accounts from the admin dashboard.
Can multiple staff members use the platform simultaneously?
Yes. The platform supports concurrent access by multiple users, each with their own secure account and role-based permissions.
Is the platform available on mobile devices?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on tablets and mobile devices, making it accessible at the point of care.
